High-End Residential Construction
Deliver plumbing worthy of the architecture with the high-end residential construction services at Barnes Plumbing Solutions. We work alongside architects, builders and designers from first-fix rough-in through to the last piece of brass tapware, holding every stage to the standard a premium home deserves. Concealed services, feature bathrooms, kitchens, hydronic and filtration systems are all installed with precision and care. Our licensed team communicates clearly, works cleanly and finishes on time, so your project is completed to a standard your clients will notice and remember.
Every job, done properly
High-end residential construction is where Barnes Plumbing Solutions built its reputation. We work alongside Sydney builders on architect-designed new homes and major renovations, including projects that have been finalists in the Master Builders Association Excellence in Housing Awards.
On a build like this the plumbing has to be right long before anyone sees a tap. We price from the drawings, set out and rough-in to the millimetre so wall-mounted mixers and concealed cisterns land exactly where the joinery and tiling expect them, and we coordinate with the electrician, tiler and stonemason so nothing is cut twice. Drainage, stormwater, gas, hot water plant and rainwater harvesting are all done in-house.
At fit-off we treat every fixture as the finished product it is: brass and matte-black tapware, freestanding baths, steel troughs, floor wastes hidden in checkerboard tile, outdoor showers. The photos on this page are from one of those homes.
If you are a builder or an owner planning a home like this, we would like to talk early, while the plans are still changing.
