We cover the full range of tenant repairs: leaking taps and toilets, blocked drains, hot water outages, broken flexi hoses, gas appliance faults and stormwater issues. We also carry out pre-lease and end-of-lease plumbing checks, smoke-free water heater and gas compliance inspections, and preventative work such as replacing ageing flexible hoses before they burst and flood a unit.
Every job is logged with before and after photos and a short note on the cause, which helps when there is a question about tenant damage versus wear and tear. Urgent repairs, as defined under NSW tenancy law, get priority and our 24/7 emergency line.
